KABOOKI creates quality products. We do our best to make sure that you have received a high quality and non-faulty product. If, despite this you find visible faults on the product(s) we kindly ask you to fill in the return form enclosed in your shipment – indicating your complaint.
All shipments are checked prior to shipping. If you detect handling mistakes we kindly ask you to indicate this on the return form.
To ease your complaint, please use the enclosed, prepaid return label. Should the return label be missing, or has it been misplaced, please contact our customer service at support@kabooki.com.
