You have 28 days to decide if the item bought is right for you. We refer to our Terms of Service for all information on return of goods.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE AND RETURN COSTS
If you want to return one or more items, you must send back the goods to our address (we do not pick up packages at delivery points) or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your return or withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
We charge a 3.99 EUR fee for using the enclosed, prepaid return label, and this amount will be deducted from the amount reimbursed to you. Should the return label be missing, or has it been misplaced, please contact our customer service at support@kabooki.com.
When returning products, we kindly ask you to fill in the return form enclosed in your order. Please provide the following info: your name and invoice number.
We recommend that you save the post office receipt as proof of your delivery of the package to the post office/carrier.
The purchase amount will be credited no later than 7 days after we have received your returned item(s).
We only accept return of items bought through this webshop.
