If you want to return one or more items, you must send back the goods to our address (we do not pick up packages at delivery points) no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your return or withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
PARTIAL RETURN
If you only wish to return some items from your order, please use the enclosed, prepaid return label. We charge a 3.99 EUR fee for using the label, and that amount will be deducted from the amount reimbursed to you.
FULL RETURN
If you wish to withdraw from the contract and return your full order, please use the prepaid return label. We will cover the return costs and credit your purchase as per below.
Should the return label be missing, or has it been misplaced, please contact our customer service at support@kabooki.com.
When returning products, we kindly ask you to fill in the return form enclosed with your order. Please provide the following info: your name and invoice number.
We recommend that you save the post office receipt as proof of your delivery of the package to the post office/carrier.
The purchase amount will be credited no later than 7 days after we have received your returned item(s).
We only accept return of items bought through this webshop.
EXCHANGE OF ITEMS
If you wish to exchange your item(s), we need you to return the item(s) and place a new order for new items.

KABOOKI is a quality product. We do our best to make sure that you have received a high quality and non-faulty product. If, despite this you find visible faults on the product(s) we kindly ask you to fill in the return form enclosed in your shipment – indicating your complaint.
All shipments are checked prior to shipping. If you detect handling mistakes we kindly ask you to indicate this on the return form.
