When your order is registered, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your spam folder as well. If no confirmation arrives, contact Customer Service.

Contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order before it has entered packing. If it has already been dispatched, you can return it after delivery.

Standard delivery is free when your basket reaches 79 EUR. Any exceptions are shown at checkout.

When your order leaves our warehouse, we send a dispatch email with Track & Trace details from the carrier.

Follow the instructions on our returns page. Items must meet the stated return conditions.

Return the item you do not want and place a new order for the preferred size or style. This gives you the clearest view of current stock.

We process the refund after receiving and checking your return. You will receive an email confirmation; your bank may need additional working days before the amount appears.
